By creating an account on youyourself.ro and submitting your application you agree, accept and consent in accordance with provisions of EU Directive 95/46/EC and local national legislation on personal data protection that your personal data included in your CV application will be stored in the databases of Genpact worldwide and will be processed and used for recruitment purposes only.
Information Provided By You
Genpact does not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to Genpact via the website. You agree that any information or materials that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to Genpact will NOT be considered confidential or proprietary. By providing any such information or materials to Genpact, you grant to Genpact an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publicly perform, transmit and distribute such information and materials, and you further agree that Genpact is free to use any ideas, concepts or know-how that you provide to Genpact.
Limitation of Damages
In no event will Genpact be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from this website or any use of this website, or of any site or resource/ information linked to, referenced, or accessed through this website, or for the use or downloading of, or access to, any materials, information, products, or services, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, lost savings or loss of programs or other data, even if Genpact is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theories.

International Users and Choice of Law

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Genpact and you with respect to your use of the website. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force.
